Service Description
The Chill Hour is exactly what it says, an hour for YOU... No disruptions, no social media, no work or family pecking your head ๐ This class begins with Meditation to settle you into the class and help bring you to a state of calm after a busy day ๐ฎโ๐จ Abi will then guide you through a Pranayama (breathwork) exercise or two to help settle your nervous system even more. These breathwork tools can be used at any time during your week to help bring about more balance and presence ๐จ Abi will then guide you through a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) exercise where you will be lay down, as comfortable as possible to help give you a total mind and body reset ๐ง Expect to feel totally calm and relaxed (body & mind) after this one hour online session๐ด Before the class starts you'll be sent over an email link to the Zoom session along with the password. Please join the session a couple of mins early so you can get yourself comfy!

Cancelling a class with less than 24 hours notice will result in losing the class credit. There are no refunds for courses, workshops or Retreats, please be sure you can make the date before booking.
