SACRED WOMB CEREMONY
Sisters, we gather to honour the feminine. The womb-space or the space where the womb once was.
In this 4-hour Ceremony we will delve into practises that honour the Womb, the Yoni and your sacred feminine energy. For too long women's power has been suppressed, our skills ridiculed and our intuition questioned. Mocked for being weak, sexualised and sexually oppressed. It's time to reclaim your power and rid yourself of the stories that have kept women tamed.
Through a blend of physical movement such as Yoni Shakti Yoga, and heart-opening practises with Cacao, Yoni sculpture and more we will honour all that is the feminine.
Expect to feel restored, empowered and heart-full at the end of this half-day experience together.
THE CEREMONY...
✦ We open with a guided Meditation and Oracle Card pull to set our tone for the day before introducing ourselves to the other Sisters in the Circle
✦ From here we move into a Yoni Shakti Yoga practise. Yoni Shakti (Womb Power) Yoga is an accessible form of Yoga with a focus on harnessing energy at the Womb space and opening the hips
✦ Following Yoga we move into our Yoni Sculpture session where we honour how our feminine looks. This is your time to reclaim the love for how your feminine anatomy looks. You will be able to take the sculpture home with you at the end of the session.
✦ We will have a pause for refreshments and a light lunch before moving into our heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. Abi's Cacao from Lake Atitlan Guatemala is the best in the world with an unbroken lineage to the Sacred carriers of this medicine.
✦ Following our Cacao Ceremony we move into our Yoni Steam using herbs to support the health and wellbeing of our sacred feminine
✦ We close our day together with a Crystal Sound Bath, during the Sound Bath Abi will be moving around the Circle offering hands-on Reiki Healing

Meet your guide...
Abi is a Celtic Witch and Yoga Teacher living and working around the Greater Manchester area.
Abi is deeply passionate about working with women and helping them feel empowered and at home within themselves. She is a down to earth and compassionate teacher infusing her sense of humour into her sessions.
Expect to feel deeply honoured and seen during this 4-hour Sacred Womb Workshop.

The Ceremony takes place from 10-2pm on Sunday 19th July

We will be hosted at Middlewood House, Poynton, SK12 1TW

Weather permitting, we will be spending all day outside in the sunshine!

Please wear red or pink colours. Bring layers just in case there is cloud coverage.

Please bring with you: a wooden or metal mixing bowl, a large bath towel or blanket.
