A dynamic Vinyasa (flow) Yoga session with Sun Salutations, balances and inversions. Held in a warm room and set to some funky tunes. Not suitable for complete beginner's to yoga.

Cancelling a class with less than 24 hours notice will result in losing the class credit. There are no refunds for courses, workshops or Retreats, please be sure you can make the date before booking.
