Heart Alchemy: a Cacao Ceremony

Service Description

Experience the heart-opening magick of Cacao with this Heart Alchemy workshop led by Abi. This workshop will gently guide you inward to the heart space, honing your intuition and providing deep peace and relaxation. We’ll begin by sharing Guatemalan ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to support connection, clarity, and emotional openness. From there, we’ll move into pranayama (breathwork) to ground the body and soften the mind, followed by a guided meditation to deepen awareness and presence. You’ll then be invited into a period of journaling, offering space for self-reflection, intention setting, and intuitive insight as the cacao continues to work subtly with your energy. We’ll close the evening with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative, guided rest practice that allows the body to fully relax while the mind hovers between wakefulness and sleep. This final integration supports nervous system regulation and leaves you feeling nourished, clear, and deeply at ease. This class is open to all, however, Cacao is not suitable for those on high dose blood thinners. It is advised that people booked in for surgery avoid consumption of ceremonial dose cacao. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you can still consume Cacao. However, please advise Abi of your condition as she will give you a lighter dosage 🌿
